"I don't have any concrete offer" Agent provides an update on his Tottenham client
Everyone’s favourite football agent, Florin Manea, has opened his heart to Digisport.ro, with respect to his client Radu Drăgușin.
As ever, it’s an update of limited appeal, and one suspects just more sabre rattling.
Radu remains a Tottenham player with a contract until June 2030. He has made limited appearances, hampered heavily by a serious ACL injury in Jan 2025 that sidelined him for nearly a year.
Nevertheless, Mr Manea told the gathered press:
"We have 4 more years of contract with Tottenham. I don't know, maybe he will have to fight for a starting spot. I'm waiting to talk to Tottenham.
For now, I don't have any concrete offer. If the current club believes that Radu needs to leave, ok. But there is no stress at the moment. I saw that Tottenham transferred a central defender, we'll see what happens. They will let us know what decision they will make regarding Radu.
We have 4 more years of contract.
In Serie A, nothing is known yet, directors and coaches have changed. Regarding Leipzig, there were those discussions in the winter, we talked again after, but nothing happened.
My strategy is for Radu to continue at Tottenham, but it depends on what those there say"
This feels like a transfer out of Spurs that could well happen, if only to shut the agent up. It won’t be a historic deal, with the player maybe being only £20 million, at most.
Florin Manea is a Romanian FIFA-licensed football agent and former professional footballer, best known for representing players such as Tottenham Hotspur’s Radu Drăgușin.
Since around 2006, he has worked as a FIFA agent and is the General Manager of Topstars11 Ltd, a company which is based in London. The outspoken Romanian played a key role in his transfer from Genoa to Tottenham Hotspur in January 2024.
He has been consistently vocal in the media about the move, including comments about Drăgușin which include allegedly rejecting a late approach from Bayern Munich whilst prioritising a promise to Tottenham and a dream of playing in the Premier League for his client.
Fan reaction to even his name these days is extremely negative, as he pops up regularly, making one claim or another. He’s very busy. This latest interview is typical.
According to Prosport, Manea has a past involving the law: In 2004, he was convicted in the US related to credit card fraud and served time in prison. He has spoken publicly about the experience, including post-release monitoring by the FBI.

We should hold out for 30 mill. He's still young and has a bit of a reptutation in Italy.
